• NO REFUNDS are given on any site rental. Please plan your stay according to the rate plans we offer.

• CHECK-OUT TIME is 11:00 A.M.

• PARKING for vehicles at a site is very limited. If your vehicle extends onto the paved area, you need to park in designated areas. No vehicle should block thru-traffic or access for an RV into a site. By all means, DO NOT PARK IN AN UNOCCUPIED SITE. BE COURTEOUS TO OTHERS! All visitors must park in Visitor Parking at the front of the office building, and walk to your site.

• NON-REGISTERED GUESTS are welcome, but must be reported to the office. If using our facilities, a $3.00 per person fee is required.

• SPRINKLER SYSTEMS are installed on al grass areas. They run at various times throughout the Park. PLEASE, DO VEHICLES, RV's. or ANTENNAS on GRASS AREAS.

• IF YOU FORGET THE COMBINATION TO OUR RESTROOMS , check the bottom of your registration receipt, where it is printed for your convenience.

• LAUNDRY: open hours as posted.

• VEHICLE & RV WASHING is not allowed at any time in our Park.

• DRIVE throughout our Park UNDER 10 MPH for the SAFETY of others.

• QUIET HOURS: 10:00 P.M. - 8:00 A.M.

• NO HOOK-UP AREA: Limited space is available for no services on a nightly basis only. NO GENERATORS ARE TO BE USED AT ANY TIME.

• SEWER HOOK-UP should be attached to the correct numbered outlet. Please son't hook up to your neighbor's because it seems more convenienct. A SEWER DONUT OR PROPER ADAPTER IS REQUIRED.

• MOWING of site areas starts at 8:00 A.M. Inclement weather can change mowing days, so watch for our mower person. Make sure your belongings don't interfere with our maintenance.

• TRASH DUMPSTERS are located at the north side of the main office building. We do not offer curbside service. PLEASE CARRY HOUSEHOLD TRASH TO DUMPSTERS.

• RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERS ALREADY KNOW THE RULES. There is a PET RUN, so be sure to carry baggies with you as your walk your pet ON A LEASH, AT ALL TIMES. MANAGEMENT reserves the right to restrict TYPE and SIZE of pets allowed.

• FITNESS CENTER: USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. ADULTS 18 years & older! Guest are responsible for any damage to equipment and facility. Hours of operation are posted at the entrance.

• PARK MANAGEMENT reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations at any time without notice, to REFUSE entry and service, and to EVICT parties for on-compliance.
